Old to New

We have now gone from this old thing,

To this shiny new thing. Space saving and economical.

And the best part is when Falyn gets out of the shower I still have all the hot water I could want!!

So what does this fancy new thing do exactly? I am forever taking moderately warm showers during the winter months. I can't name a single thing that could start my day off worse, . . . O.K. maybe I can.

The tankless water heater heats water when you want it. It does not store it.
It turns on when you turn the fauset on, and takes about as long to warm up as clearing the pipes out, typical for any hot water to get to you at the fauset.
You can adjust the the temp to what ever you like at the unit itself. Ours has a digital read out telling the temp, which we keep at 135f. Shelly loves it this hot, I have to temper it with alot of cold to get it right for me.
The best thing is you have it hot until YOU decide to turn it off.
I love it.

I read an article about "tankless" just this week. Very interesting. Like Shelly, I too am a lover of the "hot" shower.

I don't need it super hot, I just don't like to run out. I take it that it is energy efficient?
